Small Group Training Sessions

We run Body Transformation Fitness training sessions in Mount Lawley. They run for 45 minutes at 6am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday and we even offer you 2 weeks FREE!

We combine…

  • the best functional training equipment from the gym with fun and motivation,
  • the attention of one on one training without the cost, and
  • the atmosphere and intensity of group training while giving you the right level of exercise for your fitness level.

It’s not any run-of-the-mill group training session. We know you by name, we check up on your progress and we take the time to help you reach your goals.

As an alternative, my Small Group Training sessions are run as group Personal Training so you get the individual attention you need so you reach your goals, only you train with a team and you pay a lower price. We run Group Training Sessions to raise money for Charity. It’s our way of giving back and making a difference.
