Hi I’m Steve Mclean, personal trainer and CHEK certified in golf fitness.

I’ve been training people in fitness for the past 25 years and have specialised in golf fitness for more than 10 years working at Como Senior High School’s Golf Academy and with Mostyn Farmer’s juniors from Collier Park Gold Course.

My training style incorporates Eastern mind body practices with Western golf specific exercise science and sports psychology.

The training runs in a simple format with fun and challenging exercises aimed to strengthen your core, loosen your hips, chest, back and shoulders so you can play longer, drive straighter and reduce pain.

I’m currently only running one-on-one golf training however group training sessions will be starting at selected golf courses around Perth in the near future.
